Hey there, I'm Shadottie here on the wild world of the internet. I'm an independent artist with a BA degree in Integrated Digital Media-- which, really, means I have that jack-of-all-trades thing going on when it comes to art and programs used for making that art happen!But! I love working on comics, narrative art like storyboarding and conceptual design. That is my bread and butter, but I've had experience working on assets for social media and streaming platforms.That branches into my interests, studying up and enjoying different forms of graphic novels and webcomics. I love history and engineering concepts as well, and my fandom interests include things like Dungeons and Dragons, Fire Emblem, and Final Fantasy XIV.

*It is recommended that Reference Sheets be a Tier 1 or no shading if it'll be used as a guide for other artists and future commissions for color accuracy. Shading is available with an additional charge.

All commissions are done digitally with a print-ready format unless stated otherwise.
Test sketches and prices will be given before commitments!

PROCESS
After receiving your request, I will send you a message to inform you if I am accepting or denying your commission request.
Discussion of details of the commission, such as posing, estimated completion time, etc.
Payment is made upfront once we have reached an agreement on the details. I understand it’s a lot to shell out to wait for a finished product, so I try to accommodate with paying 50% to start for orders of $50USD or more, and the rest when the piece is finished.
I will send you a rough sketch for your approval, now is the time for changes and fixes!
Emotes and Profile pictures are 500px X 500px. Chibi is A4 Format. All other art and reference sheets are Tabloid Size (3300x5100px).
I will send you WIPs as I progress with the commission, you are free to request an update or a WIP whenever you feel like!
I will send your commission when it is complete and paid for in full.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
I reserve the right to cancel your commission for any reason.
You may contact me to cancel your commission for any reason.Refunds:
I will only issue a full refund if NO work has been started on the commission.
You are entitled to a partial refund if your commission is not completed.
With partial refunds, you will only be charged for the work that has been completed (example: If you have paid for a full color commission, and I have only completed the lineart, you will only be charged for the lineart)
I will not do any refunds for commissions that have already been completed for any reason.
USAGE AND RIGHTS
All commissions are for personal use, unless discussed otherwise for royalties or business purposes.
I retain all rights to my art, and will upload your commission onto my personal online galleries (Unless discussed otherwise)
You may reupload your commission to other websites as long as I am credited.
You may use your commission as an avatar, banner, reference, or anything else that you feel like.
